About the event
When I asked my mentor rabbi in LA about planning for the HHDs, she said t me; "Anna, get a sound bath for Yom Kippur- everyone in LA is having a sound bath this year" so, OK, I've booked a sound bath!
You will be taken on a journey with sound, across the globe. From the flow of the ocean, to the nurturing sound of the shamanic flute, to the jungle or tropical rain forest.
Sometimes the sounds and vibrations can trigger some people as it can bring some things to the surface that need. The sound and frequencies are powerful. Sound Baths are not for everyone, and there will be a different space for you if you will be with us all day and don't want to experience this.

Please come to the MAZCC with a yoga mat, pillow, snuggle blanket eye mask, (and water and snack if you're not fasting). The session will start promptly at 4pm. If you are late we may not be able to include you - it will be up to the discretion of the instructor.
