Come and meet Anna's good friend, mentor and Rabbi from Jerusalem. Together we will explore Jewish prayer; its origins, its meanings, its varied practices and rituals, and most importantly, what it means, and how we can get more meaning from it, for each of us. Suitable for teens and adults.

About the event
A native of Philadelphia, USA, Michael Klein-Katz received his rabbinic ordination from the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion.
In Jerusalem, where he and his family have lived for over 30 years, he has devoted himself to inter-religious and inter-cultural dialogue, adult education, medical clowning, religious tourism and raising a family.
Rabbi Klein-Katz has founded, led and furthered Jewish-Christian study groups, Arab-Jewish projects, courses for the study of Judaism by Jews and non-Jews alike and taught on the faculty of the Sisters of Zion Sabbatical Program for Catholic clergy for ten years. He has served as a mentor to rabbinic students, and as Rabbi to couples he marries and families from Israel and abroad who seek creative lifecycle celebrations, especially bar and bat mitzvah ceremonies.
